The Process diagrams topic shows various processes in diagrams. In addition to processes for orders relating to contacts and domains, there is an overview of verification deadlines and various diagrams that provide information about the situations in which notifications can be expected. The diagrams are aligned horizontally for the largest format, ‘Web’, which could be a monitor, for example. For the tablet, mobile and print (PDF) formats, the diagrams run vertically. Regardless of the format, the diagrams are identical in content.

In the Verification topic, there is a new blue notice box at the end of the topic regarding a retention obligation:

"Members must retain evidence of verifications carried out for the domain holder for a period of 12 months."
